INTAN® Tempered Glass is typically specified at areas where additional strength and safety break pattern is required to keep occupants safe. It is produced through a process of heating float glass up to around 650˚C and then rapidly quenched onto both surfaces, locking the glass surfaces in a state of compression and the core in a state of tension.
Up to 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass Therefore, it has higher resistance towards thermal breakage and can withstand greater wind load.
Standard arrised edge eliminates the need to use framing members to produce a clean frameless aesthetics.
Intan®Tempered Glass is manufactured to SNI 15-0131-2006 Standard ensuring that our product fits national standards
